Melanie McMillan is no stranger to hard work. Throughout her career in education, from the Udall Unified School District to WSU Tech and Fort Hays Tech North Central, she has worked alongside students and colleagues who put in long hours every day yet still struggle to get ahead.

Melanie is running to:

• Lower everyday costs for Kansas families
• Defend public education
• Fight for Hays at the State Capitol
